A note about selected poems: There will be no placements — no "bests" — in this contest. All winners will be on equal footing, each bringing something different to enrich, educate, and inspire.

SUBMIT: Haiku/Senryu (In this contest, there will be no delineation between Haiku/Senryu in the submissions.)
- This includes concrete and specially-formatted poems, and multi-ku and woven poems on a single theme, but not sequences that link and shift.
- Two poems may be submitted per person; use one form per poem.
CRITERIA:
- Unpublished poems only. (That includes all social media, blogs, etc. Pre-published poems will be disqualified.)
- Haiga will not be considered but images that form a structure or foundation for the poem will.
- Single-author entries.
- For each poem submitted, submit answers to the following questions (200 words or less total). Interview questions will be released along with the winners' names and poems.:
- Share a bit about your process or inspiration for the poem.
- How do you think the poem helps to push the boundaries of or contributes to the genre?
HOW TO:
- Use one form per poem.
- Poems with special formatting also need to be sent as a jpeg or png at 300 dpi+ in a font such as Garamond, Merriweather, etc.
- If you send two poems in the same form, only the first poem will be considered.
